The guiding principles of Kurtz Detective Agency are professionalism, discretion, and cost transparency. Numerous renowned clients bear witness to this, including both domestic and international detective agencies, several DAX-listed corporations, international companies, politicians, a major political party, former national football players, television personalities, public sector clients, educational institutions, insurance companies, law firms, and many others.
In the service provider ranking of Wirtschaftswoche (a publication of the Handelsblatt Media Group), Kurtz Detective Agency was recognised as the third-best investigative service in all of Germany. Its score of 77.22 was surpassed by only five companies among the 24 industries assessed. Thus, Kurtz Detective Agency achieved the eighth-highest result overall out of 236 companies tested—ranking ahead of major names such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, and DHL, among others.

Since 2016, Kurtz Detective Agency has been an active supporter of the Neven Subotic Foundation. Why this particular organisation? Because every cent donated reaches those in need—all administrative costs are personally covered by the founder, Neven Subotic.
Large organisations such as UNICEF or SOS Children’s Villages, as of 2017, invest enormous sums in advertising on Google AdWords. If you intend to donate €20 and click on a UNICEF AdWords ad, the cost per click can easily reach €20, meaning your donation effectively ends up with Google. This concept is also familiar to us in the private investigation industry, where advertising costs can be excessive—one of the key reasons we refuse to participate in such campaigns. This AdWords abstinence is also a major factor behind our comparatively moderate fees.
The Neven Subotic Foundation follows a very different approach from many of the better-known aid organisations. We always strive to support the foundation in this way—and this will not change in the future.
